Saturday, March 21: Half-Day Retreat

10:00a - 2:00p @ Our Home

Limited to 12

This winter has asked a lot of us.

In Minneapolis especially, it has felt heavy: culturally, collectively, personally. And for many in our community, that weight isn't lifting. It's ongoing.

That's exactly why this moment matters.

The Spring Equinox is a turning point β€” equal light and dark, and then the slow, certain return of more light. Not an escape from what's hard. A chance to resource yourself within it. To remember what you're made of β€” so you can keep showing up for the people and things that need you.🩷

I'm hosting a half-day retreat for 12 people to mark this shift together β€” with breathwork, guided journaling, sauna, cold plunge, amazing music, and even better company. A morning to move stagnant energy, release what's been weighing on you, and walk away feeling a little lighter.

Not to forget what's happening. To be strong enough to stay present with it.

What the Day Includes

🌬 Breathwork with Kim Lovejoy Breath is one of the most powerful tools we have to shift our internal state β€” moving energy that's been sitting, physically and emotionally, and creating space for clarity and release. Kim leads in a way that is grounded, safe, and deeply human.

🎡 Music by DJ Johnny Johnny curates the soundscape during the social and sauna time β€” atmospheric, energizing, alive. Music that supports release and presence.

✍️ Guided Journaling + Intention Setting A light but meaningful reflection to help you name what you're ready to let go of β€” and what you want to invite into this next season.

πŸ§– Sauna + Cold Plunge Mobile saunas onsite, with options for cold plunge or a dip in the creek. Contrast, circulation, vitality β€” and coming back into your body.

Light refreshments, juice, and fruit provided.

All profits go to Juntos Podemos

Juntos Podemos is an organization I've had the honor of volunteering with directly. They have an incredible story - what started as neighbors showing up for one another has grown into something powerful and recently caught the attention of the New York Times. Juntos, no hay lΓmites. Together, there are no limits.
